Peak Moment TV interviews a baker in Olympia, Washington who has started a business using the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) format. A former school teacher gets the idea to sell baked goods, starts small and over a three year period builds a self-supporting business based on subscriptions, wholesale and farmer’s market sales. It’s a one person operation and like any food producing business appears to be hard, relentless work. (The video is 27 minutes long).
